We are looking for a strong Senior Product Designer /strong to own the Listing amp; Finding experience. You will define what discovering a home feels like: fast, relevant, trustworthy, and human. /p p As the design owner for one of the most important journeys in our marketplace, you will: /p ul li Shape the long-term vision for the search and discovery experience. /li li Lead projects from early discovery through launch and iteration. /li li Use qualitative research, behavioural data, and experimentation to make decisions, not opinions. /li li Define success, measure impact, and continuously improve your solutions. /li li Raise the quality bar across the design team through thoughtful critique and craft. /li li Contribute to our design principles, design system, and the way we build the product. /li /ul p nbsp; /p p strong Your team /strong /p p strong Collaborate deeply.
