By accessing or using our website, document conversion tools, resume builder, AI generation tools, or any associated APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services & AI Tools

Tavorax provides web-based document conversion utilities, resume building templates, custom QR code generation, AI resume parsing, ATS scoring engines, AI summary generators, and cover letter crafting tools.

AI Usage & Daily Quotas: To ensure high service availability and prevent platform abuse, Tavorax enforces automated daily quotas and per-user rate limits on AI features (including 10 calls/day for AI Resume Builder tools, 5 calls/day for ATS Resume Scanner, and 5 calls/day for Cover Letter Generator). If AI daily quotas are exhausted or external providers experience downtime, Tavorax provides deterministic rule-engine fallbacks so document compilation remains accessible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications or service interruptions.

3. Registration & Accounts

Certain features of the website may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information, and to keep this information updated.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Intellectual Property

Tavorax Intellectual Property: All content, designs, source code, logos, illustrations, databases, and trademarks displayed on this platform are owned by or licensed to Tavorax and are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Content & Generated Documents: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in any document files, text inputs, generated cover letters, or resume profile information created or exported through our Services. Tavorax does not claim ownership over your documents.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Attempting to bypass AI daily quotas, rate-limiting headers, reverse engineer site utilities, or scrape resources.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to generate resumes, ATS scans, or cover letters in bulk without prior written permission.
• Uploading malicious payloads, prompt injection scripts, virus-infected documents, or executable file formats.
• Violating any local, state, national, or international regulations.

6. Limitation, AI Disclaimers & Candidate Responsibility

AI Output & Candidate Responsibility: All AI-generated content (including ATS compliance scores, keyword recommendations, executive summaries, bullet point suggestions, and cover letters) are provided as automated suggestions to assist job seekers. Candidates retain 100% sole responsibility for reviewing, editing, verifying factual accuracy, and approving all content before submitting job applications to employers.

No Employment Guarantee: Tavorax does not guarantee employment, job interviews, recruiter responses, or specific hiring outcomes. ATS scores and optimization feedback are algorithmic estimations based on natural language processing rules.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TAVORAX AND ITS OFFICERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, SYSTEM DOWNTIMES, FAILED CONVERSIONS, OR DATA CORRUPTION.
